Annalú
Annalù (A. Boeretto) was born in San Donà di Piave, Venice, in 1976, where she lives and works. Her work has been exhibited extensively in Italy and internationally, and is held in public collections including the National Gallery Singapore and the VAF Foundation.Renowned for her luminous, sculptural works, Annalù transforms materials such as resin, glass, and paper into intricate compositions that evoke dreamlike architectures and suspended worlds. Her practice is defined by a delicate balance between fragility and strength, transparency and depth, creating pieces that shift with light and perspective. Her work has been presented in leading institutions including the Museo di Storia Naturale di Venezia, Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche, Museo di Santa Caterina, and Rocca Paolina, among others in Italy and abroad.Annalù is the recipient of numerous awards, including multiple honors at the Arte Laguna Prize, first prize at Stonefly per l’Arte Contemporanea, and the Zaha Hadid Prize at the Salerno Biennale. Additional recognitions include Premio Ora and Premio Opera – Le Vie dell’Acqua.Exploring themes of transformation, memory, and time, her work invites a contemplative experience while maintaining a strong visual presence. Both refined and evocative, Annalù’s sculptures resonate with collectors for their poetic sensibility and distinctive material language.
